We're just wrapping up another beautiful custom creation for Colorado Creative Industries. For the past four years they've handed out Make My Notebook custom jotters at their Creative Industries Summit. Working with each year's event logo and using its location for inspiration, we've had a lot of fun co-creating these functional, unique pieces of event swag.
Custom projects can really add to an event's overall experience and the flexibility of our design/production process allows you to achieve different event goals (whether it be sponsorship opportunities or more of a functional workbook piece). This year we bound a full color event agenda into Colorado Creative's jotters. Read on for more ideas about how to make your next event more memorable.
-A notebook with beautiful artwork is an everyday reminder of their experience at your event- something that makes them feel appreciated and a part of your community. Don't just throw your logo on a notebook- create something inspiring that makes a statement. Need design help? We'd love to work with you on a custom design!
-Bind important event info into the books: agenda, sponsor info, worksheets, etc. Reduce your environmental impact by forgoing a typical event packet, and bind event information into notebooks that attendees will continue to use long after the event is over. This is a fantastic opportunity to offer visibility to sponsors- whether it be the front or back cover design, or information inside of the books themselves- get the cost of the books (and maybe more) paid for by offering this as an event sponsorship option.
-Generate pre-event buzz with a cover design challenge for attendees! This is a perfect way to get your event some additional exposure on social media- create a unique hashtag and have attendees share and vote on each other's designs. A cover design contest will spark creativity and build a ton of buzz leading up to your event.
Do you have an upcoming event? We'd love to brainstorm with you and see how we can help make your event even more amazing. Send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org to get started!
